I started in real estate in 2014 in North Carolina, where I both sold new homes and served as managing partner of sales for a builder. In 2016 I moved to Virginia and went deeper — selling for builders and then leading as Director of Sales and Director of Sales & Marketing across the spectrum: national production builders, 55+ developments, semi-custom, high-end, and fully custom homes.
I've sold everything from first-time homes to million-dollar-plus custom builds. But I didn't just sell — I built and managed sales teams, ran the design team, oversaw closings and the build-on-your-land department, and led the entire marketing operation. That operator's view is exactly what I bring to coaching.
Today I'm a Realtor and co-owner of Foundation Real Estate Group and a growth coach with Legacy Group International — both brokered by eXp Realty. I run a small team, stay active in production (with a focus on land and new construction), and coach agents across the country.
