Tier 1 revenue share is about 3.5% of company dollar, up to roughly $2,800 per agent per year once that agent caps ($16,000). First-year Fast Start bonuses can be higher. Your actual share depends entirely on how much the agents you attract produce.
Why this matters: this income can recur every year those agents produce, it doesn’t come out of anyone’s commission, and at eXp revenue share is passive and even willable to your family. As the agents you attract grow their own organizations, Tiers 2–7 can multiply this well beyond the figure above.
